Joint venture

Mr. Hayashi has previously worked at a Japanese asset management Group and Dentsu, Inc. Advertising companies. He will report to the joint venture board of directors. He has INSEAD's MBA degrees and Bachelor of Laws degree, University of Tokyo. . The two joint venture companies for the appointment of five directors - three of them came from Dow Jones & Company, two from the SBIH. They are: the Dow Jones Chief Financial Officer Stephen Daintith .
